about the founder
Shobha is a Project Management professional and an Architect with 19 years of experience in the Indian Building industry. She is an Alumnus of School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi and Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
She is committed to empowering individuals and professionals being a strong believer in diversity of thoughts and experience at the workplace. She is involved with various charitable organizations. Of all her activities she finds it most rewarding to share her experience with professionals in construction industry and students, helping and guiding them through the technical and not so technical demands of the industry.
She heads The Build ED and is focused to providing customised educational programs to the construction sector and building successful teams for corporates.
